Biggest Douche of 2008?
Posted: June 27, 2008 Filed under: Idiots, Music 2 Comments »So, Andrew Hoepfner, the lead singer of the band Creaky Boards posted a YouTube video claiming that Coldplay nicked “Viva La Vida” from their song “The Songs I Didn’t Write” (hardy har har).
Later, he posted a retraction at the end of his video.
No harm, no foul, beyond a delusion of grandiosity (the songs didn’t even sound that much alike). Except that this guy claims that Andrew admitted he made the whole thing up for publicity.
What a douche.
