My Million Dollar Idea

The garbagemen will have received their powers after being splashed with some ooze from a trashcan outside a mysterious house (we later find that it is the home of a scientist with… different ideas). Because they are working late at night, they encounter crime, and they fight it (the first time they use their powers, they are quite surprised). Their catch phrase is, “Time to take out the trash!” I haven’t decided on what their powers will be, but I’m sure I can come up with something amazing. Don’t go stealing this idea!
I think their superpower would be to make extremely loud crashing and beeping noises at 5:30 in the morning.
Sounds like “Men at Work” meets “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles”. I’m in.
