Going gluten-free might make you feel better even if you don’t have Celiac Disease. The fructans found in wheat can make people feel sick if they don’t tolerate them.  Nutrition knowledge is constantly evolving, and currently nutritionists think that wheat can make people feel not so neat.  I’ve just started a FODMAPS elimination diet and hope to find the cause of my not-so-yummy tummy.

I really, really, REALLY hope it isn’t watermelon that is messing me up.  REALLY.
